There has been a recent boom in companies trying to enter into micro-farming and indoor gardening. As of 2015, urban farming hit the mainstream business world and large-scale operations are popping up all around the world. Enter: Nutritower. The Nutritower is a revolutionary patented indoor gardening system lets you harvest fresh fruits and veggies in the comfort of your own home. Pretty cool, right? We thought so too when we met them at The Green Living Show here in Toronto! A year later we began working together, providing SEO and Social Media Management services. Although there are now several players offering in-home gardening solutions, it is estimated that only a few present a valid competitive angle on Nutritower, and there are few competitors at this time that have strong, cohesive, high-quality social media content. That is why our strategy was to create content focusing on consistent lighting, quality, photography style and colour palette to create content that is on-brand with a focus on community, lifestyle, education and health. Using a brand voice that is educational while remaining approachable, relatable and fun would also allow Nutritower to stand out from competitors while inspiring consumers to incorporate Nutritower into their lifestyle. These strategies were integrated throughout all platforms to create an overall cohesiveness with clear brand messaging.
